With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter E Kobasiuk (Star, Alberta), who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kobasiuk and Harry Kobasiuk; and his siblings, Olga Stewart and Paul Kobasiuk. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Angie Wiltzen (Tim), Barb Rosa and Chris Kobasiuk; his grandsons, Tommy Rosa (Kayla), Teddy Rosa (Kourtney), Gabriel Kobasiuk and Kal Kobasiuk (Samantha Wiltzen); and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Jaxon and Grayson Rosa.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Ukrainian Catholic Parish - Star (564080a Range Rd 193, Star, AB T0B2R0).
