He is survived by: his wife Lois Mercier; his children, Kim Tillmar (Graham Adamson) and Shane Mercier (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Smitten (Janene), Cody Smitten (Alicia), Brett Mercier and Erin Mercier; his great grandchildren, Alli, Brinley, Cohen, Kyler and Rori Smitten; and his siblings, Zoel Mercier (Jeannine), Rita Jorgenson, Lily Polsfut (Harvey), Priscilla Mercier, Laura Gagnon (Bert) and Louise Goltman (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many dear friends.
