She was predeceased by: her former husband Allan Hultholm; her husband Phil Botly; her daughter Suzanne Morrison; her parents, Henry Lee and Olga Lee; her grandchildren, Tanya and Chris; and her great grandchild Elias.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Hultholm (Teresa), Brenda and Kathryn Forth (Ken); her son-in-law Nick Morrison; her grandchildren, Kyle Webb (Ashley), Kevin Webb (Laura), Haley Landman (Dane), Kelsey Hultholm, Casey Hellam, Craig Hellam and Keith Morrison (Brandy); her brother Albert Lee; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Lee, Greta Phillips and Lionel Botly.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glenwood Funeral Home (52356 Range Rd 232, Sherwood Park, AB T8B1B8).
