She was predeceased by: her husband Stuart Leroy Greensides; her siblings, George, Fred Beckett, Edith Weiss (Hank) and Louise Zezula (Abner); and her parents, Charles Beckett and Ivy Beckett.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlene Lee; her son-in-law Albert; her granddaughter Vanessa; her son Shawn Greensides; her grandsons, Tyson (Alexis) and Shawn-Stuart; her great grandchild Justice; and her brothers, Joe and Bill Beckett. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wheatland Funeral Chapel, Strathmore, Alberta (202 Lakeside Blvd, Strathmore, AB T1P1A1).
Helen was a wonderful host and community member, taking pride in her connections and contributions to the Assiniboia Kinnette's Club, Bowling League, Brownies, and being an organizer of the Greensides Family Reunion in 1984.
