It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Johanna Heuver (Strathmore, Alberta), who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelmus Nyenkamp and Maria Nyenkamp; and her siblings, Gerard, Jans, Marie, Anton and Herman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wim, Hein, Bernadette, Mien, Gerda and Diny; her sisters-in-law, Tonnie and Anny; her husband Tony Heuver; her children, Eric Heuver (Sandy), Marcel Heuver (Sue), Anita Heuver and Patricia Archambault (Peter); her grandchildren, Nathan, Grace, Claire, Ethan, Emily (Joel), Teresa, Maria (Eric), Rachel, John (Erin) and Kaitlyn (Oscar); her great grandchild Olivia; and her caregivers, Tracey, Kyla, Tracy, Gina and Linda.
A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (221 4 Ave, Strathmore, AB T1P1B5). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
If desired, donations may be made to a local charity of your choice, in honour of Anne's generous spirit and love for her community.
