He is survived by: his parents, Arne Johansen and Erna Johansen; his wife Crystal; his sons, Brady and Spencer; his brother Esben (Tara); his nieces and nephews, Lena, Miles, Mette and Tristan; his parents-in-law, Grant and Darlene Hooge; his brother-in-law Blaire Hooge; and his nephew Hunter Hooge.
