She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Koltusky and Larry Koltusky; and her brother Kurtis Koltusky. She is survived by: her aunt Karen; her uncle Ron Adams; her cousins, Lori Adams (Bob Grier), Colin Adams (Jen Sully), Carly Grier (Ryan Miller) and Brendan Grier (Jazmyne Horbay-Verbonac); her uncle John; her aunt Sharon Koltusky; and her cousins, Al Koltusky (Cheryl Koltusky), Kyle, Austin and Justyn Koltusky. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
