Leo Allan Helfrich Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Allan Helfrich (Strathmore, Alberta), born in Portreeve, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Apolonia; and his brothers, Nick, John, Eugene, Ralph and Pius.
He is survived by: his wife Celine; his children, Daryl Helfrich (Angie), Nadine Stefan, Michele Mathieu (Tim), Collin Helfrich (Toni) and Jason Helfrich (Kim); and his siblings, Eleanor Helfrich, Josie Krenbrink and Jerome Helfrich. He is also survived by grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (221 4 Ave, Strathmore, AB T1P1B5).
