He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Michelle (Kelly), Keith, Kelsey (Rob), Josh (Jen) and Jared (Ezella); his grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla (Garrett), Jake and Charley; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Westyn; his nieces, Olivia and Lucy; his nephew Reid; his brothers, Dennis and Wayne (Darys); his mother-in-law Joan; and his sister-in-law Allison.
