He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph and Sylvia; and his siblings, Karen Biehler and Dennis. He is survived by : his wife Cathy; his children, Ryan (Sherry) of Beaumont, Tara Eshpeter of Camrose and Chelsea Eshpeter of Fort Saskatchewan; his siblings, James (Susan) of Edmonton, Ken (Sharon) of Daysland and Lenore Rooke (Norm) of Calgary; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Biehler (Tania) of Edson and Nancy Eshpeter of Cochrane.

If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Grant's memory may be made to STARS, or to the Stollery Children's Hospital.
