It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mistee Dawn Palmer (Strome, Alberta), who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Ina and Howard Turner; and her aunt Eileen. She is survived by : her parents, Nola Johnston and Jack Palmer of Strome; and her brother Ryan Johnston (Kristy Jean) of West Kelowna.
