It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Edgar Hunt (Sundre, Alberta), who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son Jeff; his parents, Edgar and Marie; and his siblings, Bunny, Raymond and Jerry.

He is survived by : his wife Ann; his children, Laurie Smithies (Doug), Ron Hunt (Christina) and Janet Mahoney (Michael); his grandchildren, Troy (Tasha), Amber (Jordan), Shivaun (Greg), Dana, Cody (Mark) and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Thomas, Logan, Alexandrea, Abigail, Annabel, Makaela, Mitchell, Malcom, Cherish and Tanner; and his siblings, Dorothy Devlin, Lorraine Durrer, Ann Marie Doerr (Bob), Don Hunt (Shirley) and Larry Hunt (Barb).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sundre Palliative Care.

“Frankie, we have seen you go through life with its highs and lows. Moving from Calgary to BC and a new life. Back to Calgary and area. You had become a wonderful caring man with family and friends who will miss you dearly. Now you will be in heaven with your son Jeff, brother Jerry, sister Bernice and Mom and Dad. We are sure that your loving wife Ann will go forward but miss you every single day. as we will. God bless you. All our love your brother Larry and Barb”
