We announce the death of Joanne Jackson of Sundre, Alberta, who passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Overguard and Vivian Overguard; and her son Scott Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her sons, Tom (Sherri), Marvin (Barb) and Cody Jackson (Barbara); her grandchildren, Jordan, Beau (Shea), Elise (Derek), Katie-Jo (Sam), Desirae (Chad), Saige (Morgan), Jillian (Taylor) and Allia; and her siblings, Judy (Art), Dennis (Joanne), Martin (Yvonne) and Steven (Debbie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sundre United Church (118 Centre St N, Sundre, AB T0M1X0).
