He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Heck and Marie Heck; and his sister Gloria. He is survived by : his wife Lynne; his children, Stacey Reschke (Corey Reschke) of Hudson Hope, B. C. and Shane Heck (Nicki Heck) of New Caney, Texas; his grandchildren, Zury Reschke and Cassie Reschke of Hudson Hope; and his brother Bob Heck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family welcomes donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta or the Alberta Cancer Foundation as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
