He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Wakelen and Charles Herbert Wakelen; his wife Tami; and his brother Ron Wakelen. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Hickey (Bryan) and Cherie Cardinal (Evan); his grandsons, Brayden Hickey, Bryce Hickey, Ethan West and Nevin West; his great grandchild Braxton; and his sister Marlene Swinton.
