He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Lorraine Brooks; and his son Geoffrey "Ryder" Brooks. He is survived by: his father George Murray Brooks; his wife Tammy Brooks; his daughter Cadence Brooks; his sisters, Lisa (Steve) and Cynthia (Greg); and his siblings-in-law, Laurie (late Bob) and Robert "Bobby" (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
