“To Howie's family: Please accept my sincere condolences in Howie's passing. I taught with him in Rouleau School and together with a third, car-pooled every day between Moose Jaw and Rouleau during the 1976 - 77 school year. He had such a happy personality shown by a welcoming smile whenever I saw him at various events during my subsequent nine years with Thunder Creek School Division. I am so sorry for your loss.
