He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Ellen Bierkos; his siblings, Harold, Walter, Eric, Doris, Ruth, Lena and Phyllis; and his son Kerry.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Hilman; his sisters, Margaret and Mary; and his children, Ralph, Dean (Shirley), Wayne and Loreli (Rob). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sylvan Lake Funeral Home (5019 47a Ave, Sylvan Lake, AB T4S 1G8). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alliance Community Church (4407 47 Ave, Sylvan Lake, AB T4S1P1).
