It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Gowans (Sylvan Lake, Alberta), who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Carol; and his parents, Robert and Phyllis. He is survived by : his daughters, Helen Petterson (Aaron) and Sandi Colbert (Dan); his granddaughters, Aislynn, Adelena and Abigail; and his siblings, Bonnie Hunting (Daryl), Brian Gowans, Ann Szpajcher (Jim), Coleen Walkey (Doug), Gordon Gowans and Alice Gowans (John). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
