She was predeceased by: her former husband John Piea; her husband Herman Osterman; her children, Muriel Piea and James Piea; her parents, Muriel Van Den Bosch and Fred Wrobel; her stepfather Paul Van Den Bosch; her brothers, Roy Wrobel and Ray Wrobel; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Kratt Sr. and Leo Hnetka.
She is survived by: her children, John Piea (Carol) of Medicine Hat, Beatrice Kunz (Melvin) of Taber and Susie Phillips (Dinzel) of Taber; her sister Marjorie Hnetka; and her sister-in-law Margaret Wrobel of Regina. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
As a result of the restrictions regarding COVID-19 and the government recommendations, a private visitation was held at Southland Funeral Chapel, Taber on Saturday, May 8, 2021.
