Betty Harris Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Harris (Taber, Alberta), born in Stirling, Alberta, who passed away on September 10, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Garth Harris; her son Derrick Harris; her grandsons, Jason Harris, Devin Harris and Eric Nordquist; her son-in-law Allan Bodnar; her parents, Elgin Peterson and Dorene Peterson; her stepfather Ward Webb; her parents-in-law, Ivan and Maude Harris; her brother Gordon Peterson; and her siblings-in-law, Peg Peterson, NuRae Peterson, Joyce Palmer, Inez Harris, Bernarr Harris, Garry Harris, Curt Wynder, Delbert Palmer and Don Porter.

She is survived by: her children, Renee Nordquist (Neil) of Bismarck, Diane Patzer (Lorne) of Lethbridge, Richard (Caroline) of Santa Clara, Merrill Harris (Malinda) of Taber, Julie Nuttall (Eric) of Pleasant Grove, Denzil Harris (Karen) of Alpine, Shauna Bodnar of Sherwood Park and Ian Harris (Kim) of Taber; her brothers, Ron Peterson of Calgary, Rulon Peterson (Dee) of Westminster, California and Larry Peterson (Reta) of Pleasant Grove; and her sisters-in-law, NaVee Wynder of Provo Utah and Evelyn Harris of Lake Havasu. She is also survived by thirty one grandchildren and thirty six great grandchildren.
