He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Gross and Dorothy Gross; his nieces, Shelly Pauletto and Kassia Weiss; his siblings-in-law, Karl Weiss and Ingrid Weiss; and his parents-in-law, Alfred and Anna Weiss.
He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughters, Kristina and Sandi (Steve); his grandchildren, Samantha and Ryan; and his siblings, Mona Ottenbreit (Jim), Darla Felske (Brent) and Darren Gross. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
