She was predeceased by: her father Steve Sorgard; her son David (Edie); her parent Hilder Sorgard; and her brother Elton. She is survived by: her husband Richard Blasco; her son Derrick (Gerry); her grandchildren, Heather, Bradley, Stephen (Kelsey), Ryan and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Rylen, Ryder, Gage, Gaven and Harper.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church (2405 12 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB T1K0P4).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joyce's memory to Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in support of the St. Patrick's Church renovation project would be greatly appreciated.
