She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bill Gouw; her son Jason Gouw (Heather) of Calgary; her grandchildren, Ryker and Amara; her daughter Angie Stang (Ryan) of Taber; her grandchildren, Tyler (Emily), Tatum (Tyson), Baron and Tommi; her daughter Kristina Thompson (Jerry) of Okotoks; her grandchildren, Hayden and Nash; her sister Jeanne Rudolf (Chester); her nephew Mike Rudolf (Amber, family: Mirko, Jude, Lennon, Lindsay DeBona); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Vinnie, Dax and Taia; and her parents, Mirko Djani and Olga Djani. She was also cherished by aunt and numerous cousins in Australia, cousins.
A prayer was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Southland Funeral Chapel (5006 48 Ave, Taber, AB T1G1R8). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the St. Augustine's Catholic Church (5009 48 Ave, Taber, AB T1G1T4). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
