He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Lydia; his children, Lisa Trentham, Sarah Holladay (Kade), Cory Pappenheim and Steve Haslam; his grandchildren, Sydney, Matthew, Brody, Ryan, Ethan, Kaylee, Morgan and Isaac; his siblings, Kent, Patti, Bruce, Jerry and Jay; and his parent Taber.
Due to Covid Restrictions, attendance will be limited to 10 guests at a time.
