He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hobbs and Edna Hobbs; his siblings, Norma Campbell (George), Dennis Hobbs (Diane) and Dale Hobbs; and his nephews, Jeffrey and Craig Hobbs.
He is survived by: his son Darin Hobbs (Tawnya) of Eston; his grandson Albert; his child Dawne Wiebe (Jason) of Taber; his grandchildren, Logan and Gage (Kassidy); his sister Eleanor Powell (Bob); his sister-in-law Joanne Hobbs; and his wife Audrey Jane Day. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
