She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Mrakava and Shirley Mrakava; her sister Venetia; her father-in-law Don Leahy; and her sister-in-law Patcee Jensen.
She is survived by: her husband Kevin Leahy; her mother-in-law Marie Leahy; and her daughter Tegan Marie of Calgary.
A prayer was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Southland Funeral Chapel (5006 48 Ave, Taber, AB T1G1R8). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the St. Augustine's Catholic Church (5009 48 Ave, Taber, AB T1G1T4). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
