Eldred Maerz Obituary
We bid farewell to Eldred Maerz (Three Hills, Alberta), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 24, 2025 at the age of 100. Eldred touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sanderman and Lorinda Sanderman; her husband Reuben John Maerz; her brothers, Leonard and Gerald; and her daughter-in-law Lorna Maerz.
She is survived by: her sons, Reuben Wayne (Lorna Smith) and Vern (late Lorna Helton); and her grandchildren, Cheryl, Connie, Robert (Jacqueline), Kimberly (Shane) and Julie (Mike). She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maerz Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family of Eldred Maerz requests that memorial donations made in Eldred Maerz's honour may be made directly to any charity of choice.
