He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ziegler and Lydia Ziegler; his brother Paul; and his sister-in-law Nella. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; and his children, Roxann Short (John), Laurie Beekman (Gerrit) and Jerry Ziegler (Desiree). He is also survived by his five grandkids.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (239 17 Ave E, Three Hills, AB T0M2A0).
