He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Herbert and Dorothy Herbert; his siblings, Gail (Goubault), Arthur, Robert (Bob), Terry and Ernest; and his brother-in-law Ernie Herklotz.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donna, Jerry (Marg), Sam, Bernie (Peggy) and Andy (Cindy); and his brother-in-law Armand. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
