He is survived by : his wife Wendy; his son Zac; his parents, Horst and Angie; and his sisters, Cathie Borle (Ray) and Michelle.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Tofield Community Hall (5309 50 St, Tofield, AB T0B4J0).
