He was predeceased by: his father Ken Perks. He is survived by: his mother Mary Bensmiller; his siblings, Brian Perks (Joanne) and Rhonda Ward (Warren); and his siblings' children, Scott, Kandyss (Jarvis), Jill (Curtis), Darren (Mandy), Katelyn (Calvin) and Brittany (Darcy).
