Anne Kozmak Obituary
The memory of Anne Kozmak (Two Hills, Alberta), who passed away on June 28, 2025 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband John Kozmak; her parents, John Kostiuk and Mary Kostiuk; her in-laws, Sam and Victoria Kozmak; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Kozmak and Iris Kozmak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Hockmeyer (Craig) and Patricia Weatherbee (Paul); her grandson Ethan Weatherbee; her sister Ruth Kaziuk (Ron); and her siblings-in-law, Alex Kozmak and Mabel Kozmak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
