She was predeceased by : her husband Bill; her parents, Jacob Kostelny and Annie Kostelny; her siblings, Vera Kostelny, Mary Samoil (Adam), Mike Kostelny and John Kostelny (Marion); and her niece Judy Lypka.
She is survived by : her son Douglas (Christal); her grandson Jordan (Katarina); her great grandchild Bohdi; her sister Emily Lypka (John); and her sister-in-law Josie Proskiw.
