He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wohlgemuth and Helena Wohlgemuth; his siblings, David, Maryana, Lawrence, Stella, Alen and Wayne; his firstborn Vivian; and his daughter Edith.
He is survived by: his wife Matilda Wohlgemuth; his children, Violet Penner (Howard), Marg Reimer (Rod Johnson), George Wohlgemuth (Carrie), Dennis Wohlgemuth (Bren Knight), Myrna Giesbrecht (Don) and Stella Price; his siblings, Alfred Wohlgemuth (Grace), Herb Wohlgemuth (Verna), Tena Toews, Lena Thiessen, Lill Thiessen and Elaine Kirk (Darwin); and his sister-in-law Linda Wohlgemuth. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of God (26348 Twp Rd 713, Crooked Creek, AB T0H0Y0).
