He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Locke and Mabel Locke of Hays; his brother Bill; and his brother-in-law Barry Turner. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Locke of Coaldale; his children, Jennifer Serfas (Kevin) and Kevin Locke (Nicky Kaprowski); his grandchildren, Camerynn Serfas, Kourtney Serfas, Rhett Serfas, Tate Serfas and Ryan Serfas; and his siblings, Dwight (Marge), Chris, Ivan (Laurel) and Shelley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
