He was predeceased by: his wife Katie; his great grandchild Mackenzie; his parents, Lazor Hudema and Barbara Hudema; and his siblings, John, Bill, Helen, Mike, George and Anne.

He is survived by: his children, Judy Forst, Len Hudema (Sharon), Jerry Hudema (Audrey) and Linda Wagner (Brian). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In complying with Alberta's Restriction Exemption Program, you will be required to provide proof of Vaccinations upon entry to the viewing: Alberta vaccine records with QR codes (paper or digital) or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter along with photo ID.
