With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Baxandall (Vegreville, Alberta), who passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roy; her parents, Nicholas Michaelchuk and Lucille Michaelchuk; her brother Andy (Pauline); and her brothers-in-law, Ed and John.
She is survived by: her children, Pam (Chris), Ken (Connie) and Rob (Dellas); her grandchildren, Kristy, Aaron (Ashley), Cheryl, Kurt (Jen), Joey (Aimee), Lundyn and Payten (Jen); her great grandchildren, Zoey (Zeiss), Tori (Carson), Sierra, Allyson, Carson, Kali, Knox, Forrest and Rowan; her great great grandchildren, Stetson and Laine; her siblings, Marion, Carol, Judy (John), Duane (Bette) and Bryan (Pat); and her pet Bella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Autumn Rose Funeral Home (5036 51 Ave, Vegreville, AB T9C1M1).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute" or to the "Alberta Cancer Foundation - Cross Cancer Institute.".
