She was predeceased by: her husband Randy Loomis; her parents, William Sarafinchan and Mary Sarafinchan; and her sister Diana Skoretz. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Loomis (Valentina) and Kayla Melenka (Conlynn); her grandchildren, Taelynn and Hayley; her siblings, Gloriann Sarafinchan (Isadore), Marlene Pankiw (Ray) and Joyce Sarafinchan; and her brother-in-law David Skoretz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
In honor of Florence's legacy and her affection for her grandchildren, donations may be made to the "Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation", continuing her dedication to the well-being of children.
