He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Sebest and Annie Sebest; his parents-in-law, George and Annie Onufreychuk; his brother Silver Sebest; and his brother-in-law Victor Misik.
He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sister Mary Misik; and his siblings-in-law, Vicky Zaleski and Bill Homeniuk (Rolande). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Covenant Health c/o St. Joseph's Hospital- Palliative Care Unit- Vegreville or to Haying in the 30's Cancer Support Society.
