We announce the death of Gloria Hawryluk of Vegreville, Alberta, who passed away on July 9, 2026, at the age of 74. Gloria will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Gloria will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Gloria will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Gloria’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She is survived by: her husband William; her sons, Allan (Alisha) and B. J. (Jennifer); her brother Doug; and her grandchildren, Kassidy, Hayden and Sheldon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to "Alberta Cancer Foundation.".
