She was predeceased by: her husband Martin; her parents, Paul Dziwenka and Karolina Dziwenka (Stashko); her brother Kazel Dziwenka; her brother-in-law Mike Dmytryk; and her nephews, Kelvin Dziwenka and Christopher Stashko.
She is survived by: her children, Elbert (Mary), Marvin (Rose), Sandra Zuk (Gary) and Kevin (Jolene); her siblings, Sophie Dmytryk, Edward Stashko, Boris Stashko (Emily) and David Stashko (Marion); and her sister-in-law Germaine Dziwenka. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
