He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Ann; his parents, Joseph Kulak and Anna Kulak; his brother Harry Kulak; and his brothers-in-law, Nestor Hlus, Ernie Paltzat and Alan Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his son Mark (Rebecca); his grandsons, Austin (Bailey) and Alex (Melissa); his great grandchild Layne; his grandson Gary (Terri Lynn); his great grandchildren, Addison, Sophia and Zachery; his grandchild Glen (Charlene); his great grandchildren, Luke, Ben and Andrew; his stepson Jonathan Ewanowich (Megan); his stepgrandchildren, Marena, Nadiya and Markus; his siblings, Walter (Joyce), Olga Hlus, Mary Paltzat and Josie Edwards; and his sister-in-law Shirley Kulak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Autumn Rose Funeral Home (5036 51 Ave, Vegreville, AB T9C1M1). A burial will be held on Friday, July 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church (5701 51 St, Vegreville, AB T9C1H8).
