He was predeceased by: his wife Jocelan Wagner; his parents, Basil Wagner and Beatrice Wagner of Enfield; and his siblings, Basil, David and Betty (Elizabeth).
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Wagner of Edmonton, AB, Greg Wagner (Helena) of Ponoka, AB, Shelley Murphy (Peter) of Pembroke, ON, Stephen Wagner of Edmonton, AB, Corina Wagner of Halifax, NS and Michael Wagner of Coldstream, BC.; and his grandchildren, Meghan, Patrick, Alissa, Jedidiah, Samantha, Sinéad and Rosie. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
