He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Bill, Edna Serediuk, Carl and Lovelean Malinowski; and his father Orest.

He is survived by : his mother Marlene; his brother Nicholas; his sister-in-law Jessica; and his nephews, Blaine, Cache and Presley.
