He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Huculak and Mary Huculak; his siblings, Katherine Maybroda, Leona Ewasiuk, Virgil, Elena and Rose; and his brothers-in-law, John and Gerry.
He is survived by: his wife Marge Segin; his children, Lori Papineau (Scott), Cari Pavcek (Alex) and Jeff (Heather Cartmell); his stepdaughter Tracey Segin (Dale Antoniuk); his grandchildren, Zachary Pavcek, Julianna Pavcek, Tianna Pavcek, Harrison Papineau, Aveya Huculak and Everly Huculak; his stepgranddaughter Laurel Stafford; his siblings, Victoria Beauchamp, Annette Danard and Metro (Monique); his sister-in-law Terry; and his friend Pricilla Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives.
Memorial donations may be made to the "St Sophia Ukrainian Catholic Church", "St. Demetrius Ukrainian Orthodox Church – Luzan", or charity of one's choice.
