He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine; his parents, Samuel Fuyarchuk and Justine Fuyarchuk; and his siblings, William Fuyarchuk (Anne), Mike Fuyarchuk, Peter Fuyarchuk (Mary), Mildred Basiuk (Dmetro) and Kassie Fuyarchuk. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
