He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kolisniak and Elena Kolisniak; his siblings, Anne Elkow (Steve), Louis Lysakowski, Mary Lyzaniuk (Andrew), Olga Bromley (Jack), Rose Mercer (Robert), Sophie Lasek (John), Zenovia Kolisniak, Victoria Werenka (John) and Justine Gilhome (Richard); and his brother-in-law Garth Hilton.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Kevin (Carmel Mospanchuk), Kathryn Eyben (Frank) and Elana Brekkas (Craig); his grandchildren, Brooke Strowger (Douglas), Josh Eyben (Tara), Brett Brekkas (Colton Whiting), Ryley Brekkas (Phoebe Brown), Lauren Brekkas, Bethany Kolisniak and Jonah Kolisniak; his brother Walter Kolisniak (Florence); and his siblings-in-law, Douglas Hilton (Laurie) and Jacolyn Hilton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
