It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zenovia Polutranko (Vegreville, Alberta), who passed away on January 1, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Andrashewski and Rose Andrashewski; and her brother-in-law Richard Walker. She is survived by: her husband Walter; her daughters, Monica (Brian) and Marcella; her grandchildren, Evan, Jack and Alia; and her siblings, Ronald (Elizabeth), Joyce and Stanley (Audrey). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
A burial was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church (5705 51 St, Vegreville, AB T9C1H8).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Holy Trinity Parish" or the "Alzheimer Society of Alberta.".
