She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara (Richard Lemay) of Edmonton, Marjorie (Kevin Pottruff) of Edmonton and Carolyn Hendel of Vermilion; her grandchildren, Janelle (Vitaliy Zvonarov) and Steven Lemay; and her siblings, Evelyn (Dennis Petryk) of Vermilion, John Dutchak, Olga Myshak and Annie Bober.

Doantions in memory of Adeline may be made to Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Associaiton.
